Agreement to Terms

• These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RLDT Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning the access to and use of the RLDT Studio website as well as any related applications (collectively, the “Site”). The Site serves as an online portfolio, portal to sales accounts and directories, and call for business for RLDT Studio.
• You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to comply with these rules; that you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; you will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site and our services available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property Rights

• All copyright is retained by the artist, Rebecca Tessier (RLDT Studio). Images must not be resold or reproduced without the artist’s written permission.
• Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. The text, photographs, graphics, audio, video and logos contained therein are owned and controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• No part of the Site, Services or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

• Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the Site and Our Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software or other problems that may result in interruptions, delays, or errors. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not have any influence or control over any such third party websites or applications or the third party operator. We are not responsible for any third party websites or applications or their availability or content.
